The main gallery and second floor meeting space at WNYBAC are offered on an as-available basis for private rentals: meetings, parties, receptions, fundraisers, instruction, or other events. We have rented outside of standard hours for poetry readings, birthday parties, professional development meetings, and bat mitzvahs. One or both rooms can be rented and the option of having a basement printing demonstration (with a custom keepsake of your event created and printed by your guests). Rates are very reasonable with member rental fees at a much lower rate. Please contact us with any questions.
$100 per hour/per floor

Printing option: $100 set up fee + $50 per hour for demo and one instructor/technician
$200 damage deposit
Hourly rate for rental will include one hour for set up and one hour for take down/clean up. Storage for early drop off or late pick up of rental tables or party materials will be charged by the hour for open hours (Tuesday-Saturday 12-6) and by the day for closed time (Sunday, Monday and after 6 and before 12 other days)
Conditions of Renting:
WNYBAC will provide a clean, heated/air conditioned space with one building attendant. Restrooms will have paper towels, toilet paper, and soap provided. Kitchen prep area available on the second floor (no stove) with cater prep area in library on the first floor.
10 6′ folding tables are available for use included in rental along with 80 folding chairs. Tables and chairs are stored on second floor and renters are responsible for moving and set up as needed, as well as return upon finishing of use.
All space used is to be cleaned and returned to condition as it was found.
Any damage to fixtures, art, or shop stock will be taken out of damage deposit.
