Join us for a conversation in the Book Arts gallery with exhibiting artist Madeline Bartley. Together, we’ll observe the artwork on view and explore the artists’ installation of mixed media monoprint works along with her various sketchbooks on display.

Madeline Bartley was born in Louisville, Kentucky and attended Murray State University where she received her B.F.A. in printmaking and drawing. She earned her M.F.A. in studio arts from Syracuse University’s College of Visual Performing Arts in 2016. A recipient of Quilting By the Lake Scholarship and she is featured in Syracuse Women’s Magazine. She has exhibited her work in solo and group shows including exhibitions at the Hand Held Gallery, Walnut Ink Projects, The Rogue Space, and the Museum of Latin American Art. Currently she lives in Buffalo, New York where she dedicates her free time to her studio practice at the Buffalo Arts Studio.
