Japanese Stab Bound Books

July 8 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Hands-on classes at home! We mail you supplies & you tune in via Zoom!

In this class, we’ll teach you step-by-step how to create two journals bound in Japanese stitches, including the Koki Toji (Noble Binding) and Asa-No-Ha Toji (Hemp Leaf Binding). We’ll create the book using specialty bookbinding materials and up-cycled hand printed remnants from the Book Arts collection. Finished books are perfect for journaling, notes/to-do lists & sketching.

Nitty Gritty:
• Please register by end of day Thursday, July 1st to ensure enough time to ship supplies to you.
