Papermaking: Pour Mould

Learn the basics of how to use a pour mould for papermaking! Participants will create several of their own poured handmade paper sheets. Inclusions– small decorative pieces imbedded in the paper pulp–will be provided by the instructor, and participants are welcome to bring inclusions of their own (examples: flower petals, leaves, confetti, anything thin and lightweight).

Created paper sheets will be taken to the instructor’s studio, Papercraft Miracles, to be pressed and dried and will be mailed to students within 1 week. No experience necessary, beginners welcome. Please bring a change of clothes, or wear working clothes, as you may get wet.
