First Annual Liquor & Letterpress Fundraising Event

468 Washington Street in downtown Buffalo $35/person, $50 pair, non-profit group rates available

The Western New York Book Arts Center (WNYBAC) presents Liquor & Letterpress, a fundraiser to benefit programming at WNYBAC to be held on Saturday, November 7th, 2015 from 6-9 p.m. at 468 Washington Street in downtown Buffalo. WNYBAC’s first annual Liquor & Letterpress Fundraising Event will feature an assortment of specialty cocktails, food from local restaurants, live music, and an art auction. The highlight of the evening will include letterpress demos by WNYBAC volunteers and members. Guests are encouraged to participate and create an assortment of hand-printed ephemera to take home, including coasters, notebooks, posters, cards & more on our antique printing presses. Join us for a toast to type, try your hand at the craft, and get a little type-sy with us! Tickets for the evening are $35 a person or $50 for couples.

LAST DAY TO PURCHASE TICKETS FOR LIQUOR & LETTERPRESS is Friday, November 6th at midnight! *Please note, there are no physical tickets, by registering your name will be placed on a guest list at the door.  Non-profit group discounts are available for groups of 4 or more, click here for non-profit group pricing and registration. All proceeds benefit the Western New York Book Arts Center’s mission to promote a greater understanding of printing and book-related arts through education, creation, and exhibition for a broad and diverse community.
