An Exhibition by Talia Ryan

on view September 10- October 16/ Studio Gallery

This collection of prints, including type, relief, and intaglio, centers on the whimsical magic of beauty and femininity.

The Book Arts Studio Residency invites emerging artists to experiment with various printmaking processes in our community studio for a two month period, culminating in an exhibition of their artworks.  Find out more about the residency program.

Talia Ryan is a printmaker and teaching artist. PAUSA Art House hosted the first solo exhibition of Talia’s work in December 2019, and she has joined group exhibitions at the Castellani Art Museum and Nazareth College Calacino Gallery. While she has enjoyed the privilege of being a resident artist at Book Arts this summer, she occupies a personal studio space at the Niagara Frontier Food Terminal. In addition to working as a studio artist, she holds dual BA and MA degrees in Art Education from Nazareth College, and teaches advanced studio and AP art at Buffalo Academy of Science Charter School in downtown Buffalo.
