An exhibition by
Brian Hensen

On View: November 10–December 8
Opening Reception: Fri, Nov 10 | 6-9pm

Power Animal is an exhibit of new works by Brian Hensen. Hensen’s work creates creatures uncomfortable in their own skin and seeking guidance for conflicts constructed within their own heads. The show features intricate woodcut prints that attempt to examine social anxieties stemming from behavior, belonging, fads, and food.

In addition to woodcut prints, the artist’s hand-carved blocks will be on display as well.

Hensen will lead an artist’s talk and demonstration on Saturday, December 2ndfrom 10:30am-12pm.
