Alongside Maciuba’s other admission “Dear Scott Pruitt,” I’m extremely intrigued with this tale of environmentalism. “The Breach” distances itself away from the zine and is an intaglio in varying hues of green. While the landscape is rather ambiguous, the linear canal in the distance allows us to imagine that these are waves crashing against each other. The currents are depicted in a skeletal and dissected design, perhaps to examine the natural movement and structure of the water. The Dear Scott Pruitt series is definitely one to look out for for environmental awareness.
