Handmade Paper with Free Form Pulp Painting
Date / Time: Saturday, July 6 / 12-5pm

In this workshop, we will cover the basics of western-style papermaking as a foundation for layers of experimental pulp painting. Students will be taught about the process of creating ultrafine pulp, pigmenting, and then create diverse original sheets of paper which have had pulp dripped and painted on top of. This is a great way to learn a new technique in hand papermaking and a flexible, experimental process for those who are new to it.
    Instructor: Kasia Keeley
