Welcome to the Book Arts Shop

Located just inside our front door at 468 Washington Street, our shop is home to a collection of unique, handmade wares showcasing the artistic talent we have here in the Queen City. Hand-printed cards, posters, stationery and apparel reside among handbound books, journals, notebooks & more; all made by our talented staff, volunteers, and members of our artist consignment program

The Book Arts Shop is also Downtown Buffalo’s only destination for artist materials and supplies. No matter what your skill level, Book Arts can provide you with the tools for your next project.

Shipping & Return Policies

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. The Book Arts staff is following CDC guidelines and taking the utmost sanitary precautions when fulfilling orders.

Products are shipped via USPS and will arrive within 5-8 business days after processing time.

Keep in mind! Our products are made by hand one at a time by a Book Arts artisan printer, using our antique presses with vintage type & blocks or via screen printing. This can result in minor variations, producing truly handcrafted pieces! Because of this process, items received may differ slightly from what is pictured.

Curbside pickup orders must be picked up within 60 days. Items left after 60 days are not eligible for a refund.
